1. Services
GetPrimeRide provides premium chauffeur and transportation services across the state of Florida. By booking a ride through our website, phone, or any other channel, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking request submitted through our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. You will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS once your booking has been approved.
3. Payment
Payment is required prior to or upon completion of service, as determined at the time of booking confirmation. We accept payment via Stripe Payment Links sent to your email. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger or their guests will be charged to the passenger. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
5. Liability
GetPrimeRide is fully licensed and insured. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for items left in our vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to return them.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
