1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transportation services provided by GetPrimeRide, including airport transfers, hourly service, long-distance trips, and dedicated or long-term chauffeur service.
By making a reservation with GetPrimeRide, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the applicable Cancellation Policy.
All services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A reservation is not considered guaranteed until it has been accepted and confirmed by our company.
GetPrimeRide reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of booking will apply to the reservation.
Service conditions may vary depending on the type of service requested. Additional rules may apply to airport transfers, hourly bookings, long-distance trips, and dedicated or contract services.
GetPrimeRide reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, or substitute a vehicle with a similar class vehicle when necessary due to availability, operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All reservations must be submitted with accurate and complete information, including pickup date, pickup time, pickup location, destination, contact details, and any special requests. The guest is responsible for providing correct information at the time of booking.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. All requests are subject to review and approval by GetPrimeRide.
After reviewing the request, GetPrimeRide may send a confirmation link containing booking details, additional information fields, and payment instructions. The guest must complete the required information and submit payment in order to confirm the reservation.
A reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received or authorized. Only after payment has been processed will the reservation be considered fully confirmed and the vehicle scheduled for service.
Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes to pickup time, pickup location, destination, number of passengers, luggage, stops, or duration of service may result in additional charges.
Requests for changes after the reservation has been confirmed are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for any modification.
If incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information is provided, GetPrimeRide is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or inability to complete the service as scheduled.
GetPrimeRide reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if payment is not received, if the requested service is not available, or if the booking cannot be completed due to operational or safety reasons.
3. Service Types
GetPrimeRide provides several types of transportation services, including airport transfers, cruise port transfers, hourly service, long-distance trips, and dedicated or long-term chauffeur service. Service conditions may vary depending on the type of booking.
Transfer Service (Point-to-Point)
Transfer service is provided for direct transportation from the pickup location to the destination specified at the time of booking. Transfer rides do not include additional stops unless they were requested and approved in advance. Any additional stops, route changes, or delays may result in additional charges or may require conversion to hourly service.
Airport & Cruise Port Transfers
For airport and cruise port pickups, the pickup time is scheduled based on the information provided at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for providing correct flight or cruise details. We monitor flight status when possible, but the guest must ensure that the booking information is accurate.
Hourly Service
Hourly service includes the use of the vehicle and chauffeur for the reserved period of time. Multiple stops are allowed during hourly service within the booked time. The minimum booking time for hourly service is 2 hours. Additional time beyond the reserved period will be charged accordingly. Service time begins at the scheduled pickup time, not when the passenger enters the vehicle.
Hourly service is reserved for a specific number of hours. The guest is responsible for booking sufficient time to complete the planned itinerary.
GetPrimeRide does not guarantee that all requested stops, destinations, or activities can be completed within the reserved time. Traffic conditions, delays, distance, and schedule changes may affect the duration of the trip.
If additional time is needed, the service may be extended only if the vehicle is available, and additional charges will apply. The guest is responsible for planning the itinerary accordingly.
Any extension of service time is subject to availability. See Section 5 for additional terms.
Long-Distance Trips
Long-distance service is calculated based on the distance and time required for the trip. Additional stops, extended waiting, or changes to the route may result in additional charges.
Dedicated / Long-Term Chauffeur Service
Dedicated or long-term service is arranged in advance based on a custom agreement. Such service may require a deposit and a minimum service period. Schedule changes, cancellations, and unused service time are subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
Additional Stops and Route Changes
Any additional stops, route changes, extended waiting time, or service beyond what was originally booked may result in additional charges. Requests for changes must be approved by GetPrimeRide and are subject to availability.
4. Payment & Charges
Payment for services may be required at the time of booking confirmation. In order to guarantee the reservation, the guest must complete the payment using the payment link or method provided by GetPrimeRide. A reservation will not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received or authorized.
GetPrimeRide reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the payment method provided for the full amount of the reservation, as well as for any additional charges related to the service.
Additional charges may be processed during or after the service depending on the nature of the charge.
All prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if the service differs from the original reservation.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Waiting time beyond the included limits
- Additional stops not included in the original booking
- Extended service time
- Route changes
- Tolls, parking, or entry fees
- Airport fees
- Child seats or special equipment
- Excessive luggage
- Cleaning required due to excessive mess
- Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers
- Special requests not included in the original reservation
The guest authorizes GetPrimeRide to charge the payment method on file for any additional costs incurred during or after the service.
By authorizing payment, the guest agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any charge that was authorized under these Terms and Conditions. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, GetPrimeRide reserves the right to recover the disputed amount along with any associated fees.
If payment cannot be processed, GetPrimeRide reserves the right to cancel the reservation or refuse service.
For certain services, including dedicated or long-term bookings, a deposit may be required. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the type of service booked.
5. Additional Services During the Ride
Requests for additional services during the ride, including extra time, additional stops, or changes to the itinerary, are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
All such requests must be reviewed and approved by GetPrimeRide. If approved, additional charges will apply.
Additional services may require immediate payment. GetPrimeRide reserves the right to issue a payment request or invoice, and the service may be provided only after payment has been successfully received or authorized.
Verbal or informal requests for additional services are not considered confirmed until approved and paid.
The company is not obligated to extend service beyond the confirmed booking.
6. Waiting Time & Delays
Complimentary waiting time is provided for a limited period depending on the type of service booked.
For regular pickups, a grace period of 15 minutes is included. After this time, additional waiting time may be charged.
Complimentary waiting time for airport arrivals is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. After the complimentary waiting time has expired, additional waiting may be charged if the vehicle is available.
Waiting beyond the included time is not guaranteed. If the passenger is delayed and the vehicle is unable to remain at the pickup location due to other scheduled reservations, the ride may be cancelled, considered a no-show, or additional charges may apply.
For hourly service, the reserved time begins at the scheduled pickup time, regardless of when the passenger enters the vehicle. Waiting time is included in the reserved hourly period.
GetPrimeRide is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight delays, road conditions, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
GetPrimeRide does not guarantee arrival times and is not responsible for delays, missed flights, appointments, or events.
The guest is responsible for allowing sufficient travel time and planning accordingly.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner during the service. GetPrimeRide reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger's behavior is considered unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate.
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle at any time. Smoking in the vehicle may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
Consumption of alcohol, food, or beverages inside the vehicle is not allowed unless approved in advance by GetPrimeRide.
Pets and animals are not permitted in any vehicle under any circumstances.
Child seats or booster seats must be requested at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for child seat service.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests.
GetPrimeRide is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. While we will make reasonable efforts to return lost items if found, we cannot guarantee recovery of any personal property.
GetPrimeRide reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for cleaning, repair, or damage caused during the service.
If service must be stopped due to passenger misconduct, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
8. Changes & Modifications
Requests to modify a reservation after it has been confirmed are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Changes to pickup time, pickup location, destination, service duration, vehicle type, or service date must be approved by GetPrimeRide. Additional charges may apply depending on the type of change requested.
If a change cannot be completed, the original reservation will remain in effect and the applicable cancellation terms will apply.
GetPrimeRide reserves the right to adjust pickup time, vehicle assignment, or service details when necessary due to operational requirements, traffic conditions, delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Vehicle substitutions with a similar class vehicle may be made when the originally scheduled vehicle is not available.
9. Limitation of Liability
GetPrimeRide will make every reasonable effort to provide transportation services as scheduled. However, we are not responsible for delays or failure to perform the service due to circumstances beyond our control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, flight delays or cancellations, port delays, public events, acts of God, or actions of third parties.
GetPrimeRide is not responsible for missed flights, missed cruises, missed appointments, or any other losses caused by delays that are outside of our control.
In no event shall GetPrimeRide be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, loss of business, or additional travel expenses.
10. Refusal of Service
GetPrimeRide reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ride at any time if a passenger's behavior is considered unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate.
Service may be refused or stopped in situations including, but not limited to:
- Failure to follow driver instructions
- Unsafe or aggressive behavior
- Intoxication or disorderly conduct
- Smoking inside the vehicle
- Consumption of alcohol or food without prior approval
- Bringing pets or animals into the vehicle
- Refusal or inability to complete payment
- Exceeding the number of passengers allowed for the vehicle
- Excessive luggage that was not disclosed at the time of booking
If service is refused or terminated due to passenger conduct, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and no refund will be issued.
11. Force Majeure
GetPrimeRide shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performing the service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, accidents, mechanical problems, flight delays or cancellations, port delays, public events, strikes, government actions, or any other event that cannot be reasonably predicted or prevented.
If service cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control, GetPrimeRide shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, missed cruises, missed appointments, or additional expenses.
12. Agreement to Terms
By submitting a booking request, completing payment, or using any service provided by GetPrimeRide, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the applicable Cancellation Policy.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Cancellation Policy, constitute the full agreement between the guest and GetPrimeRide.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
