Booking & Reservations

You can submit a booking request through our website form. After we review availability, you will receive a confirmation link to complete the details and payment.

A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been completed and you receive confirmation from our company.

Yes. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy travel periods.

Changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability. Additional charges may apply for schedule changes, extra time, or route modifications.

Services

Transfer service is a direct ride from one location to another. Hourly service allows multiple stops and flexible travel within the reserved time.

Hourly service is available with a minimum reservation of 2 hours.

The minimum hourly booking is 2 hours.

Transfer service is point-to-point. Additional stops must be requested in advance and may result in extra charges or conversion to hourly service.

Yes. Our hourly chauffeur service allows you to reserve a vehicle and driver for flexible travel, meetings, events, shopping, or city transportation.

Yes. We offer dedicated chauffeur service for hotels, businesses, and families who need transportation for an extended period of time.

Airport & Waiting Time

Yes. We provide airport transportation to and from Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, private airports, and cruise ports.

Yes. We track flight status to adjust pickup time when possible. Complimentary waiting time is included for airport arrivals.

We may monitor flight status for airport pickups; however, pickup time is based on the scheduled time in your reservation. Complimentary waiting time is included, but extended delays may result in additional charges or rescheduling depending on availability.

Regular pickups include 15 minutes of waiting time. Airport arrivals include up to 30 minutes of waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting may be charged and is not guaranteed.

During the Ride

Additional time, stops, or changes requested during the ride are subject to availability and approval. Additional charges will apply, and service may require payment before confirmation.

Child seats must be requested at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.

For safety and vehicle standards, pets and animals are not permitted.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to return lost items if found, but we cannot guarantee recovery.

Yes. Service may be refused if safety rules are not followed or if passenger behavior is unsafe or inappropriate.

Payment & Pricing

We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment processing.

Payment information may be stored securely for future transactions when authorized.

Prices are based on the information provided at booking. Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges.

Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, extended service, tolls, parking, cleaning, damage, or other service-related costs.
