Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

You may cancel or modify your booking at any time before the scheduled pick-up. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance you cancel:

  • More than 24 hours before pick-up: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
  • 12–24 hours before pick-up: 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • Less than 12 hours before pick-up: No refund. Full charge applies.

2. No-Show

If the passenger does not appear at the designated pick-up location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time (or 30 minutes for airport pickups) and does not respond to contact attempts, the booking will be considered a no-show. Full charges apply.

3. Cancellation by GetPrimeRide

In rare circumstances (vehicle breakdown, severe weather, or other force majeure events), we may need to cancel a booking. In such cases, we will offer an alternative vehicle or a full refund. We will notify you as early as possible.

4. Modifications

Changes to pick-up time, location, or duration are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate modifications, but cannot guarantee availability for last-minute changes.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. For questions about refunds, contact us at info@getprimeride.com.
